Working Professional Looking for Lg Pvt Bed & Bath

Ideally looking for large private bedroom (at least 175 sqft excluding closet and bath) with hard flooring, own bathroom, most open kitchen layout possible with gas stove, ample fridge and cupboard space, and a regular or GFCI 3 prong outlet in garage or adjacent to parking space so that I can charge my plug-in hybrid car (will pay on top of my other utilities). Prefer property where LL does thorough background checks, with fewest bedrooms and roommates possible.

I'm a government data analyst who is working most of the time; mostly keeps to himself; picks up after himself; always pays his rent on time; and is considerate of others’ space, peace, and privacy.
