Hi all! I am currently in a sublet in Williamsburg after a bunch of pipes burst in my building last month, and I'm looking to move as soon as possible into a more permanent situation. I'm open to almost any neighborhood in BK as long as it is close to trains!

A little about me: I'm 25 years old (going on 85) and ideally I'm looking for roommates also in their 20s or early 30s. I grew up in the DC area, and have lived in NY for almost 3 years now in the UES/Spanish Harlem area. I am very clean and neat, a non-smoker, and value a peaceful & friendly home space. I am career pivoting right now, so I currently have two hourly jobs (one in publishing and one at a restaurant) and a freelance job. My budget is about $1,300 and I am available to move in as soon as possible! 😊
