Seeking Room to Rent

Hello!

I am looking for a small room to rent in Clark County starting on the weekend of April 4th.

I work remotely during the day, so I will need wi-fi access as well as a quiet space. Since I'm working from home, I'm looking to rent a room in a place that is currently not under construction and doesn't have children, dogs, birds, other loud animals or loud neighbors.

I'm not sure how long I want to stay in Nevada, so I'd like to leave the date open-ended. I'm not interested in renting a room from a corporate site. Ideally, we would have a standard month-to-month lease.

Please let me know if you have wi-fi I can use, if you offer a typical month-to-month lease, and a quiet home. Also, please let me know your cleaning expectations and whether you belong to an HOA and if so, if they allow residents to work from home, or if there are any other rules that they or you have that I would need to be aware of ahead of time.

I know these are a lot of questions, but April 4th is right around the corner, so I figured I should cover as much ground right off the bat!
