About Me:
Director of Operations relocating from Ohio for a new role with a manufacturing company in Islandia. I'm a working professional in my 40s — quiet, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I travel occasionally for work and keep reasonable hours.

Fair warning: I'm a serious home cook and kitchen nerd. I treat a kitchen well, keep it spotless, and occasionally produce something worth eating. If you appreciate good food and a clean kitchen, we'll get along great. If the kitchen is just a microwave station, we're probably not a fit.

- Room near Islandia/Hauppauge corridor
- Quiet household — working professionals preferred
- Month-to-month or short-term lease preferred while I get settled
- A kitchen that gets actual use and is kept clean
- Mutual respect for privacy and shared spaces

A Bit More:
I've lived and worked in some of the most remote and expensive places on earth — the Canadian Arctic included. Long Island doesn't scare me. I just need a good human to share space with while I find my footing.
