Hi there I’m Nic and I’m looking for a long term sublet or lease takeover preferably something from May 2026-May 2027 (but move in is flexible). Ideally I would love to live in either Williamsburg or Bushwick, but I’m open to other areas as well. I am also totally fine with having roommates, so just a private room is perfect for me!
I’m looking for something under $1500 but max $1600 (not including utilities)!
About me: I’m 19 and from San Antonio, TX, but spent most of my childhood in the Seattle area. I move to NYC last summer for school. I currently am a junior at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. In my free time I love to cook and bake and read books. I’m pretty clean and very respectful and responsible and consider myself to be a good communicator. Overall I’m just looking for a girl or two to live with and a good vibe and a space to call home!
