Looking for a Summer accommodation

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a furnished summer sublet in St. Paul from around May 29th to August 14th. I’ll be working at a company headquarters in Downtown St. Paul, so I’m ideally looking for a place in or near Downtown (Lowertown, West 7th, or nearby areas). I’m also open to other areas with good connectivity to downtown, as I’m comfortable commuting. I am open to apartments in Minneapolis as well, provided there is reliable public transit access to Downtown St. Paul.

A bit about me: I’m an MBA student and will be interning in St. Paul this summer. I’m clean, responsible, and easy to live with. I have experience living and working with diverse groups of people and am very respectful of shared spaces.

Preferences:

* Studio or 1B/1B, or a room in a shared apartment with a separate bathroom
* Female roommates
* Furnished or semi-furnished
* Easy commute to downtown (walk, bus, or short ride)
* Safe neighborhood
