hello. I'm almost 62, retired on permanent disability though still self-sufficient with daily functioning, only smoke outdoors, allergic to cats and heavy dog dander, gay friendly but not *** friendly or heavy drinking friendly, as I've been off the sauce a few decades. I do enjoy good convo, cuppa coffee in the morning, naps, reading, music and back stories. Cannot afford a deposit.
