Hi everyone! My name's David. I'm a mid-twenties working professional moving to NYC soon, and I'm currently looking for a sublet or a roommate to sign a lease together starting around March 28-April 1st (end date very flexible).

I am currently looking in Lower East Side/East Village/Dumbo/any other neighborhood within a reasonable commuting distance of FiDi. My office will be moving to moving to Midtown in the summer so for a longer-term lease I would want to be between FiDi and Midtown.

My budget is $1900 for a 2 bed 1 bath or 3 bed 1.5+ bath.
