Room wanted in NYC

Hi! My name is Dani (25F), and I’m putting out early feelers for 1 or 2 roommates for a June 1st move in! Hopefully living off the L line in bushwick/ east williamsburg if possible. My budget for my room is $1,800, fairly flexible! I’m a gallery worker with a stable income, good credit etc., but have a guarantor that can help co-sign a lease as well if needed :)

Full disclosure, I have two very cute, chill cats i pandemic-adopted! All of their belongings, including their litter box, will be kept in my room and out of the common space. They mostly keep to themselves/my room, but are friendly if approached by strangers :)

Only non-negotiable for me is air conditioning, otherwise I am not picky! I am very flexible and ready to compromise on pretty much anything else. Also willing to room with someone with a significantly lower budget to help get you a nicer place! I've lived with my current roommates for 7 years, and they can write me references if needed.

I’m originally from california but have lived here since 2018, and consider myself a well-versed new yorker and excellent apartment hunter - if you are new to the city I can definitely show you the ropes!
