Room Needed for Disabled Female

Hello.

My name is Cassandra. I am a 42-year-old, highly-educated disabled woman searching for a room-in-house for $700-$800 per month. The room needs to be accessible via a walkway with no stairs. Access to a roll-in shower would also be ideal. I have a Hoyer Lift for doing transfers, and will bring furniture risers in case the bed does not currently accommodate it. I will have a Personal Care Assistant who will help me get in and out of bed and make sure I have food, so I will never be in the kitchen.

I'm currently on SSI; however, I will be starting a remote job and continuing my entrepreneurial journey when I relocate. I will be applying for Medicaid as soon as I get there, so someone may need to assess my room, but it will not affect you.

I have no problem with my credit being checked, but it is currently being repaired, and may initially look questionable. I'm more than willing to sign a document stating that my rent will be paid on time every month.

I'm in Colorado right now, so I will need a virtual tour of the room. I'm looking to sign a 6-month lease because I'll be moving in with my boyfriend when our house is ready.

I cannot be around dogs.
