Hi! My name is Euphelia, and I’m looking for a room starting April 1.

Preferred areas: Financial District (FiDi), Midtown, Upper East Side, or Upper West Side — with a strong preference for downtown.

Budget: $1.8k around there(preferably all-inclusive with utilities)

I’m ideally looking to start with a 3-month lease, with the possibility to extend longer.

• I work in finance and am currently continuing my studies
• Clean, respectful, and quiet
• Non-smoker, no pets
• I really value a calm, peaceful home environment — no partying
• Open to living with multiple roommates, ideally all-female
