Looking for a room to rent

Hi there! I’m a clean, respectful roommate who is looking for a room. I am looking to move in the beginning of May, but I can move earlier if need be as well.
A little about me, I work as both a server and a singer-songwriter and producer. I record a lot but am always respectful of my roommates and will always ask before doing so. I’m not usually very loud, I do most of my work with my headphones, but again, I will always be respectful of the space around me. I’m very versatile in the sense that I can be talkative and hang out, but if the household is more quiet and individual, I am able to live comfortably in that way as well. I always match the energy of the space I’m in.
As far as must-haves in a room, LGBT friendly ( I am bisexual), cleanliness, and communication. A parking space and in unit laundry are a dream, but not necessary. I can be happy with little, and I can be happy with a lot. Those who are passionate about anything are a huge plus. It’s a pleasure to meet you, and I hope to be your new roommate!
