Hi everyone,
I’m Brittney, moving from Illinois to the Anchorage area in the next few weeks for a fresh start. I’ll be working from home, but I do not require any special considerations for it. I’m very quiet, and I don't go in and out at odd hours.

What I can offer:
Extremely clean and organized (I actually enjoy keeping shared spaces nice)
Respectful of others’ privacy and quiet hours
Reliable rent payer
Non-smoker, no pets, no parties, low drama
Flexible with move-in date (can do as soon as a room is ready)

What I’m looking for:
Private bedroom (furnished or unfurnished)
Preferably with one or two other chill adults (open to female or respectful male roommates)
Monthly rent in the $600–$750 range (including utilities, or utilities for under $150)
Good Wi-Fi is important for my work, but I can help upgrade if needed

I’m genuinely excited about Alaska and ready to settle in. I’m easy to live with, pay on time every month, and I’m happy to pitch in with chores or groceries to make things run smoothly. I hope to be in my own place within the first 3 months of relocating.
