I need a private room with its bathroom to rent month to month. I need cool room temperature, so air conditioning must be available! I like to make smoothies in the morning and coffee and pack my lunch to work at 8-8:30am. I cook dinner once or twice a week so I need access to kitchen and dishwashing machine! Hygiene is very important to me! I eat clean organic healthy food! I need covered garage, a smart tv for home workouts’ i prefer someone who is not home a lot so i can privacy! I come home around 6! I like to swim so if there is a lap pool! I am in palm area from Sunday night or Monday and leave to Orange county on Thursday evening, so i am not gonna be there friday Saturday and Sunday
