Responsible Couple Seeking Rental ASAP

My name is Dallas and my girlfriend and I are currently looking for a place to rent as soon as possible.

We both have steady income and stable employment, and we take pride in being clean, respectful, and responsible tenants. We have always paid rent on time and have never had any issues with previous landlords.

I want to be upfront that my credit is currently lower due to being in a debt consolidation program related to credit cards. This does not reflect our rental history in any way. My girlfriend has strong credit, and we are applying together as a couple.

We are in need of a place within the next couple of weeks and are open to different options including apartments, studios, guest houses, or even a room for rent. We are flexible and easy to work with.

We can provide proof of income, references, and are willing to offer a higher deposit, pay additional rent upfront, or provide a co-signer if needed.
