I am a female grad student aged 25. I am looking for a furnished room near GMU. I'm looking for somewhere to stay for a few nights out of the week when I can't make the 2hr commute home, and have a budget of around $500/month. All I need is a bed and wifi, really! Gender and age of other roommates doesn't really matter; I would prefer other femmes around my same age for safety and comfort.

I love animals, so if you have pets that is fine with me! I will not be bringing any pets of my own. I am a nerdy outdoorsy-type, and I consider myself to be an introvert. I'll generally stay out of your way and maintain a quiet, clean space.
