Looking for Clean, Quiet Room in Astoria

Hi! I’m looking for a room in Astoria, Queens—ideally near Astoria Park.

I lived in Astoria for 8 years up until last December and absolutely loved it. I recently tried living in California for a couple of months, but it wasn’t for me, so I’m excited to move back.

A big part of my routine is the outdoor yoga classes with Yoga Agora, and I’d love to be close enough to attend regularly. I’m actually friends with many of the instructors there, so they can be references if you’d like to know more about me.

A little about me:
I’m a musician and spend my time reading, watching sitcoms, working out, doing yoga, and focusing on my mental health. I’m very clean, always clean up after myself, and live a quiet lifestyle. I don’t drink, smoke or do drugs, and I don’t have visitors over. I’d describe myself as an introvert who’s friendly and easygoing once comfortable.

I’m ideally looking for an apartment with only one roommate. I’m also looking for a month-to-month arrangement, as I like to travel during the winter. If needed, I’m open to continuing to pay rent while away.
