Room wanted in Los Angeles

I’m a 22 year old non-binary recent college grad searching for roommates in LA! I am a night owl but generally courteous and capable of doing chores and keeping common spaces clean. I lived in a co-op with dozens of roommates in college so I’m used to people around. Would love to live with other queer people in their early or mid 20s, but I’m open to living with anyone.

Looking around echo park/silver lake downtown LA/Koreatown cause those neighborhoods are some of the more affordable ones near most of the stuff I’m applying to. But I could end up looking elsewhere depending on how the job search goes. I have a car so parking would be a huge plus. Trying to keep rent + parking cost under 1400 a month and ideally lower so if your range is around there lmk!

In my free time I watch a lot of TV, love running n and going to the beach. Very much friendly, I do smoke but can keep it out of the house if necessary ofc. Would love a balcony. I also write screenplays and make stuff like that, which is a big part of why I’m moving to the area.
