Room wanted in Los Angeles

Looking for a place in Koreatown, East Hollywood, Echo Park, or Silver Lake with a lease starting on June 15. Trying to keep my rent + parking cost under 1400 a month and ideally lower. I would love to live with other queer people in their early or mid 20s, but I’m open to living with anyone.

Hi! My name is Sketch. I'm a 22 year old non-binary transfem who graduated from the University of Michigan in 2025, and I'm searching for roommates in LA! I lived in a co-op with dozens of roommates in college, so I’m very flexible and used to having lots of people and activity around the home. I am a night owl but generally courteous and very capable of doing chores and keeping our shared space clean. I'm fine with all pets but dogs, since I'm allergic.

My work'll be full-time canvassing for Doctors Without Borders, so I'll be out and about most of the day on weekdays and come home in the mid-evening. I have a car which I need to drive every day for work, so I will need somewhere to park it. Parking included in rent is a huge plus.

In my free time I watch a lot of TV, love running, going to the beach, and going out with friends on the weekends. I also try to be as involved as I can in mutual aid and local activism, but I haven't really gotten familiar with local organizing spaces here since I'm new to the city. Very much 420 friendly, I do smoke but can keep it out of the house if necessary ofc. Would love a balcony. I also write screenplays, tv scripts, and work on short films and things of that nature; that's a big part of why I came to LA!
