Hello!
I'm Yash, 30, Indian and a Product Designer and grad student at Parsons School of Design in my final year. I also work as a Research Assistant at my school's Entrepreneurship Lab. I've been in NYC for about 1.5 years, currently living in Bushwick on the L and looking for a room or an apartment in April. I have a 750+ credit score and a regular income so I'm not sure if I need a guarantor but I can arrange one of required.

As a Roommate:
I'm pretty easy to live with as I'm cordial, tidy, generally quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I cook fairly often (and love sharing food when I do!), and when I'm not working or studying, you'll probably find me at a museum, catching a film, or just unwinding at home. I'm not looking to be best friends as roommates necessarily, but I'm always down for a jovial friendship and a good conversation over dinner!

What I'm Looking For:
Matured individuals with their own lives who are communicative, clean, and considerate. I want a home where everyone's comfortable and respectful of each other's space. Home is a respite from the world for me so high emphasis on staying drama-free!
