Seeking a Private Comfortable Home

Hello! I am seeking a private place to call home. I am one to keep to myself and tend to recluse quite often. Even though I am involved in the arts in my professional life and my work requires me to host, I am hoping to find a space that allows me to unwind and relax without the pressures of having to be the "life of the party." I do have a few preferences, but I believe that "you get what you pay for" and there are pros and cons to every living situation. Therefore, I can be quite flexible to the living arrangements. The strongest preferences would be a smoking-free household and a lesser amount of roommates. If you were to live with me, one should expect music, singing, and dancing from time to time, but never all day. I am a huge advocate on communication and intend to give respect as I in return expect to receive it.
