Friendly, easygoing guy in my 40s looking for a comfortable and respectful living situation in LA. Ideally hoping for a place with a private bedroom and bathroom, in-unit washer/dryer, AC, and a dedicated parking space.

I’m an actor, pretty laid-back, clean, and considerate. I keep a calm home vibe — good energy, good conversation, and mutual respect for each other’s space.

It would be great to live with another actor so we can occasionally run lines or help with self-tapes, but it’s definitely not required.
