Room wanted in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY

Hey, I’m Alec! I’m a 27 year old male looking to move to into a 2/3 BR apartment starting May 1 in either Williamsburg or Greenpoint. My budget is $2,200 and ideally I’m looking for a year lease or a short term lease with the potential to go long term. I currently live in East Williamsburg but I’m looking to move to an area that’s closer to transportation (L, J, or G) and less industrial. As far as roommates go I’m flexible, but would prefer people in their 20s/30s.

I’m a project manager/aerospace engineer who works from home. As a roommate I’m neat, clean, and considerate of other peoples spaces/privacy, but also flexible and chill. Outside of work, I like playing drums (never at an apartment), going to concerts, trying new restaurants and cocktail bars, etc. I like to go out but I also enjoy calm day inside.
