Hey, I’m looking for something temporary and stress free. My current lease ends April 30th, May 1st for move in

Brooklyn location preferably and Queens (Astoria is too far for reference)

I go to the gym and work at night so I cook and meal prep a lot!
I’d like to share a space with someone clean and tidy, open communicator, and considerate.

I am very easy going and inclusive but boundaries are expected to be respected. I do makeup time to time so respectful guests may visit.

Overnight guests are no issue with me so long as it doesn’t interfere with the atmosphere of the home!
