Room wanted in San Diego

I work as a clinical therapist (MSW, ASW) and am very laid back. I’m 32 years old and do own a cat who is a super sweet boy. I am available to move from 04/01/2026 and have a budget of $1200/month. I would like to share with females ideally between 27 and 40 years old. Cleanliness is definitely a priority of mine and I’m willing to take on any necessary responsibilities as a roommate! I currently live with 3 other roommates and would like to downsize. NY born but I’ve been in SD for 12+ years. Love hiking, going to the beach, skiing, traveling, and making friends. I respect the dynamic of keeping to ourselves as roommates within a friendly environment but am also open to becoming friends of course :) Rarely would have guests (no boyfriend and would on rare occasions have a few girlfriends over for a relaxing night in). I’m home mostly weekday nights. I don’t drink/party but still love a good time out and don’t mind a fun girls night; there’s also no issue whatsoever if partying is your thing—just looking for common curtesy/respect, and I feel like with that, it’s super easy to co-exist :) I’ve had many roommates over the years so I respect boundaries, cleanliness, personal space, and accountability for rent/bills. Never had a late rent payment. Kind of just a free spirt woman ☮️ 🫶🏼
