I'm Sherif, a British dad who's in NYC for work approximately 50% of the year. Easy going, relaxed, non-drinker, don't smoke, play guitar a little. Currently in Weehawken and seeking to downsize for cost as I'm simply not here enough to justify an apartment on my own. Work and travel lot so essentially only likely to be in the apartment evenings and weekends for half the year. I. e. a sharer with me will have the apartment to themselves most of the time.
