Hey! My name is Gabriella and I'm looking for a roommate to move in with around late May, early June in the AtlantiCare area. I’m hoping to find 1 other roommate so we can start planning ahead and find a great place together!

I’ll be starting my first job as a new grad nurse and would love to live somewhere with a reasonable commute to AtlantiCare. I'm open to areas nearby that are safe and convenient.

A little about me: I love sunsets, I love to read romance novels, binge watching shows, listening to music. I also enjoy relaxing nights in, but I’m always down to explore new restaurants or do something fun on weekends. Because of my schedule, I can be pretty routine-oriented during the week, but I’m friendly, easygoing, and respectful.

I’m very clean, organized, and value a peaceful living environment. I take living situations seriously and want to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone.

I found something that could work. The base rent is $1985, amenities (fitness center, pool and dog park)is $60, renters insurance is $16, water/ sewer is $50. I can pay $1,111 for the master bedroom. If you can pay the $1000. With moving in charge comes up to $4150. I can do the $2150, if you can do $2000. Utilities would probably be 200 max. But these are all estimates.
