Female PhD Student Looking For a Private Room

Hello! I am a 29-year-old female looking for a private room around Echo Park, and I can move in around the end of April. I prefer to have female roommates, and my budget is $1200.
I’m a PhD student at USC; I take classes at the Health Sciences campus and work in a lab at CHLA. Because of my schedule, I’m often out in the lab, in class, or catching up on work in my room.
I have two very sweet emotional support cats: Chai (a 4-year-old black cat) and Sweetness (a 7-year-old tabby). Both are female, spayed, vaccinated, and well-behaved. They are super outgoing and affectionate once they settle in and have never been known to scratch or bite. They have plenty of scratching posts and perfect litter box habits. I’d love for them to be able to roam the common areas, though I’m happy to use gates/deterrents to keep them out of specific rooms if needed. They are not usually great with dogs, but they've only been in contact with dogs that chase them and are not chill. I am unsure of how they will do with other cats, but I watch a lot of Jackson Galaxy, so I am willing to get them acquainted.
As a roommate, I’m laid back, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces. I like going out for fun, but I also appreciate my "me time" in my room. I’m "guest-friendly” and like a home where we can have the occasional friend over or a game night.
