Looking for a calm, comfortable roommate situation (LA)
Hi! I’m looking for a peaceful, respectful roommate setup—ideally a 2–3 bedroom home where we each have our own space but can also enjoy a comfortable shared environment.
A little about me: I’m a teacher and a creative—I illustrate, watercolor, I spend time a a ceramic studio and occassinsaly I enjoy woodworking classes. I’m in my early 40s, clean, considerate, and easy going but a good sense of humor. I really value having a space that feels relaxing and safe. I enjoy simple routines like having coffee outside, a walk around the block, visiting friends and keeping a calm environment. I’m friendly, a good communicator, and open to social connection (chatting, occasional shared time), while also respecting your personal space. I have a brother in Long Beach I visit and family in Northern California I also visit.
What I’m hoping for:
• 1–2 roommates, around my ages-ish
• People who have their own routines and independence, but are also easygoing and friendly
• Respectful, communicative, and relatively calm
• A home where shared spaces feel comfortable to use
• Private bathroom
• A generally quiet, low-stress environment
Open to areas in LA including Eagle Rock or the Westside, and I’m especially drawn to places with a more neighborhood feel—trees, walkability, and a calmer atmosphere.
