Roommate wanted in Seattle area

Hi, My name is Halley and my adorable 6 yr old boxer and I are looking to relocate to the Seattle area.
About me:
I am 31 and work remote/from home. I just need to be based in WA state. I would be home M-F working 7am-5pm every day working with weekends off. I love the outdoors, hiking, camping, fishing, etc. i love being active and trying to be a better runner and lifter. I love sitting on the porch. Kind of an old soul. I can be out going but also love quiet time at home too. i like hosting on occasions but not super regularly. I do not drink but it’s not a problem if you do. I love concerts and live sports and eager to take advantage of what Seattle has to offer in that regard. My dog Sunny is getting older and sleeps a lot lol. She only barks rarely which is a blessing. She’s a total sweetheart and very good with cats and other dogs. I currently live in eastern WA and have no firm timeline on moving, just within the coming months if i find the right roommate. Looking to spend no more than $1500 for my half so ideally $3000 total rent budget. Would love to be able to tour places together. I can travel on the weekends to check stuff out.

I would love to ideally find a house with a fenced in back yard and 1.5-2 bathrooms. I need somewhere to park for sure.
Location is not super important for me. I would love to be near the ferries if not in seattle, open to surrounding areas of seattle for sure. There are lots of cute towns around the city.
