North Brooklyn LGBT Household

Hello! My name is Alice and I'm currently looking for a room in Kensington, Midwood, Ditmas, Flatbush, or PLG. Open to other locations in north Brooklyn as well. I am looking for an LGBTQ+ household. I'm unfortunately unable to live with dogs. My ideal situation would be to split a 3-bedroom with a couple, leaving the third room as a shared office, studio, and guest-room.

Financial info: I'm an attorney, my income is $80K + bonuses, my job is stable, and my credit is around 800.

About me: I'm a 31 year-old non-binary attorney currently working fully remote (eventually hybrid) in plaintiff-side employment law. I used to work in tenants' rights, so I'm great to have around in an emergency! Past roommates would attest to me being an excellent and collaborative housekeeper who gets things done, is easygoing, and is very good at direct communication. I am generally quiet and care deeply about maintaining peaceful and tidy shared living spaces, but am also happy to socialize, put on a movie or a record, share snacks, and go on the occasional adventure. I love to periodically. I've lived with roommates most of my adult life and have remained friends with many of them.

In my free time, I love to figure skate, dance, bike, read, and do some occasional community organizing. I lived in the city for 9 years, left to Philly and abroad for law school, and am now moving home.
