I’m clean, quiet, respectful, and easy to live with. I mostly keep to myself, stay organized, and respect shared spaces. No smoking, partying, or bringing drama into the home.

I’m currently in between jobs but actively interviewing and have savings available for move-in. I can pay rent upfront and am looking for a stable place while I finalize my next job.
