Large room, Work- Private Bathroom desired i

I am a 58 year young professional female with a passion for wellness and water! Nutrition is priority to me having access to a kitchen and the trust that I will leave it as I find it would be greatly appreciated. I cook at least 95% of my meals. Having a furnished room with a desk to work is optimal as I am a remote employee. Recently purchased a convo van and Fri through Sun, most likely I'll be on an adventure. Most often I will only be at the home 3 weeks in total out of the month if you add up weekends separately. Its the reasons I've reduced my rent offer but I am willing to negotiate paying another bill within the home if within a reasonable price point. I have a total of two vehicles: Camry & Ford Transit connect (same length as Camry) Willing to share references upon request, albeit friends or manager ensuring you feel most comfortable is most important to me. Will not rent without seeing the space and at minimum having coffee or chatting on the phone with the landlord/u. Thank you for considering me as your roommate!
