Room wanted in Philadelphia

I am a young project management professional who has recently completed a contract with a large energy firm, and I am now looking to move out of Florida for my next chapter. I am seeking a short-term lease, sublease or month-to-month for a 3-4 month trial run in a new city (primarily to get a feel for the city and to check the potential within the job market). Female housemates (ideally 25 and up) are greatly preferred, but I am LGBTQ+ friendly and open to cohabitating with those of other feminine-presenting identities (cleanliness and common sense are the true requirements). I am friendly/extroverted, calm within the home, enjoy dogs and absolutely adore cats (though I have no pets of my own save for a few microfish in a small freshwater tank). My most common activities in the house will be yoga, studying for my upcoming PMP exam, and reading/watching videos and TV. I am also always happy to hang with my housemate(s), if they enjoy doing so as well.
