I'm 34 years old, I work full time as a Phlebotomist and will be going to school full time to advance in the medical field to Radiology. I'm from California and moving out to Idaho to find some like minded people and build a new life for myself.

I stay pretty much to myself wherever I live. I'm not in common areas. If I'm home it's a good chance I'm on my computer doing work/school or sleeping/watching YouTube to sleep. And that's if I'm home. I'll be pretty busy with things so I'm not gonna be in the way too often.

I'm super into learning how to be more outdoorsy and picking up skills like auto, shooting/hunting, camping, off roading, fishing, boating, snowboarding, those kinds of things. So if you know those things I'm always doing to join and learn with ya of you're cool with it. If not I'll most likely just be chilling in my room haha.

I'm looking for a master bedroom with a private bath and garage parking. Ideally.

I don't smoke anything, no drugs, very rarely drink and that's only when I go out. I don't keep a bar at the house lol. I don't have any pets unfortunately. I do have cat and dog allergies so in the meantime I'd prefer living in a place without em but I can acclimate to them but it will take time and lots of sneezing at the start that's for sure. So prefer none for now but not a problem. I do love animals so it's not a deal breaker.

I am single I don't know anyone up there. Hoping for that to change obviously. I don't bring the party home ever but I would be grateful if I can have an overnight guest here and there. But obviously within reason. It's a home not a brothel lol

I don't have any furniture for now. I am moving all the way from CA so that makes that whole process pretty slim.

I'm open to rent ranges from $800 - $1200 maybe a little more for the right place. I'm flexible.

Ideally not trying to move again until my school is finished. It's a 3 year journey so I'll be around.
