Looking for a unfurnished room that can accommodate my hospital bed. I am awaiting hip surgery. I am in total control of all of my functionality except walking. I have a home aide for about six hours a day who tends to my meals, laundry, etc. I'm quiet and will be no problem. I would like to have usage of a washer dryer, kitchen, and bathroom, all that would be used by my aide. I have two daughters, one of which visits me about once a month for the day and is just enough time for me to thrash her in a few board games. I would like utilities and cable provided, but not a deal breaker. Room does have to be on ground level. I'm clean, quiet, and will no issue for you and your family or other renters. I would like a month to month agreement because as soon as I am walking I plan to by my own. That can be negotiated. Thank you for your consideration. Lace
