Hi, I’m a current Cal Poly Pomona student and working professional finishing my last two semesters, and I’m looking for a room around $1,000 per month, preferably with a private bathroom.
I’m quiet, clean, and respectful, and I usually keep to myself. Most of my time goes to work and school, and in my free time I like going to the gym or relaxing with video games. I also have one cat, Sumi. She’s able to stay in my room, though if you’re comfortable with her roaming indoors occasionally, that works too — she just can’t be let outside.
