Hi, I recently moved back to NYC and I’m looking for a calm, comfortable room in a clean and respectful apartment.

I work in the Upper East Side as a postdoctoral scientist. I’m a single professional, clean, quiet, and easy to live with. My schedule is mostly regular weekday hours and I tend to keep a low-key routine when I’m home. I don’t have pets. I’m very respectful of shared spaces.
