Hi there! My name is Cartney, and I'm an actor based in New York. I'm easygoing, tidy, and fairly quiet. I love connecting with people, but I also can read the room and know when it's alone time.
I'm looking to keep my rent at or under (preferably under) $1,200/month, and I come with my own furniture so the space would feel like home right away (without being overcrowded. I travel light!).
I go between cooking and grabbing takeout, so the kitchen gets used but never overwhelmed. I don't host often, so you won't have a revolving door of guests. I have stable income and previous landlord references happy to speak to my reliability.
One small thing to mention: I'm an actor, so I occasionally record self-tape auditions at home. It's a pretty compact little setup — totally happy to keep it tucked in my room, but if roommates are comfortable with it, it could just as easily live in a corner of the living room without taking up much space at all. Either way, it's low-key and won't disrupt anyone!
