Seeking a pet friendly, introverted friendly room

I'm looking for a private room. I'm a laid-back, easy going person, and while I enjoy company, I need my private space to re-energize, as I spend a lot of my time writing in my notebook or sketching/drawing and doodling. I constantly have a lot of ideas spiralling in my head to write down, drawing and writing is my therapy and I plan on making a business or craft shop to sell my art someday. I'm a Highly Sensitive Person, which means a lot of things can emotionally move me a lot more than it usually would your average person, so sometimes I might cry when hearing a song I love or when I see something beautiful, and I personally don't like any kind of brashness, rudeness or harshness at all. I really love animals, especially dogs, I have a very friendly dog who loves everyone and is a goofy guy! He gets along with dogs of all sizes and he likes cats too. He is well trained and very cuddly, I want him to be happy and live the best life, as all dogs deserve. Other than writing and drawing, I spend most of my freetime reading a lot of books (I love fantasy!) and I enjoy playing video games (I'm a big Nintendo fan!). I also enjoy going on walks with my dog and being close to nature, I love taking photos of animals in their natural habitat and observing the world around them, going on biking trails and I enjoy going to the skating rink to rollerskate from time to time. I've never once tried a drug or smoked in my life and never will, nor will I be persuaded to. I'm also an all-loving Christian and I am a vegetarian who can cook up some really good veggie dishes, I make a really darn good macaroni and cheese dish! My dream room is to have a room with folks who are respectful of my beliefs and doesn't mind my reserved personality, is clean and tidy, isn't too loud and boisterous or yells or screams, doesn't mind pets or has pets of their own, and doesn't smoke or drink. I am also looking for a spot that is closer to where I work, since I don't have a car and mostly walk or bike to get everywhere (I do just fine without a car, although there are times I might need a ride, like to go to the vet or if I buy too many groceries, but I am willing to pay for gas in those instances. I just personally prefer walking/biking over driving.)
