Hi everyone! Me and my partner are looking for a 1-2 bedroom ADU, guesthouse, mother-in-law suite, or cottage -- our budget is $1,300-$1,850/month. We'd also consider a basement unit as long as it has decent natural light!

We would really love to rent from an individual rather than a property management company, but we're open to anything. Has to be in any neighborhood of Seattle or just outside as long as there are bus routes within walking distance.
