**About Me 🌟**
Hey there! I’m Rachel— I’m 39, work from home full-time for a Biotech company , and I’m looking for a clean, peaceful, and respectful place to call home, ideally with like-minded roommate(s).
I’m naturally quiet and easygoing. I don’t party, or bring drama home — home is my sanctuary, especially since I work there too! I’m a respectful and tidy person, especially in shared spaces. I’m very mindful of noise, shared responsibilities, and everyone’s need for space and downtime.

I love cooking (especially something new, that way I don’t know if I messed it up If I’ve never had it before lol), reading, going for walks, working out (either at the gym or home workouts), and just relaxing with a good show, audiobook, or something cozy in the evenings. I’m also a bit of a forced morning person and like to keep my routines calm and productive.

**Work setup:**
I work remotely full-time, and I’m super mindful of keeping a quiet, professional environment during the day. I usually just chill and watch The Sopranos, no client visits or loud phone calls. I usually do 50-70 hours a week, so really I’m either working or sleeping

**Roommate style:**
I’m hoping to live with other adults who are clean, kind, and considerate. I love a peaceful home where everyone feels comfortable and safe — ideally with folks who communicate well, are respectful of shared spaces, and maybe even enjoy the occasional chat or shared meal (though no pressure at all!). I’m super independent and low-maintenance, but I’m always friendly and happy to contribute to a good vibe.

**A few more details:**
- Looking to move late March/ April 2026
- Open to month-to-month / 6-month / 1-year lease/etc, depending on the setup , but would prefer something for a longer term.
- Budget is around $1,000-$1,200, flexible depending on what’s included / location / etc
- I’m pet-friendly (though I don’t currently have pets)
- Happy to provide references, proof of income, or anything else needed for peace of mind!
