Hi everyone, I’m looking for a month-to-month lease in San Diego from May 1st to mid-August. Ideally, I’m hoping to find a furnished 1bd/1ba or studio, but I’m also open to a master bedroom with a private bathroom in a shared unit. I’m mainly looking in the UTC area, but I’d consider nearby neighborhoods like Mira Mesa, Pacific Beach (PB), La Jolla, and surrounding areas. If it’s a shared unit, it would need to allow double occupancy. I’m completely fine paying higher utilities if needed. I’m a 27-year-old PhD student coming to San Diego for a summer internship with a tech company. I will be working in person Mon-Fri. I’m very clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces.
