hello huntsville, alabama, i'm extremely enthusiastic to be temporarily relocating to your city.
my first time in the southern united states. hooray! i'm looking forward to the experience.
the 411 - im relocating from sioux falls, south dakota; (ever heard of the place, lol 🤣) where i was on assignment working on Indian Reservations for the Federal Government as a Physician Assistant and i'm interested in testing the southern medical space.
note: i am looking for a place for a maximum of one (1) to two (2) months to start. i know this could, may, eliminate many prospects because it is extremely short-term. however, i must be forthcoming. i'm evaluating your market. if it works for me, i will stay on longer; if it were to work out well, i can extend to five (5) additional months; maximum of seven (7) months.
what do i require? a furnished room with storage space one (1) bedroom with an AC, internet and when possible a private bath. i have only two (2) suitcases with things in storage.
the unit must be immaculately clean, no pets, no crime, no drugs, just a cold, clean place with internet access. my maximum to pay is $800.00.00 per month. again, must be in a safe, crime free, move-in, now; when it is the ideal place; meaning, i like easy, comfortable, quite, respectful; mutual common courtesy society; respecting boundaries. shared living space is all about the candor, honesty, and integrity; respecting boundaries of the person with whom i'll be residing. fair enough?
preferred roommate situation: one (1) person and no pets when possible. i like pets; prefer not to live with any, when possible.
prerequisites: i'm prepared to be interviewed, meet-and-greet online via google-meet to acclimate me with whom i'll be renting? as i am still in south dakota, this is the easy, peasy way to become acquainted and build rapport. fair enough? cool.
i don't wish to rent from anyone when there is not a mutual respect, admiration, society cohesion. i have options!
