Reliable male looking for a room in Orange CA

Looking to move into the Minneapolis area to be close to family and get a stepping stone into building a career in the area. I am a very clean and maybe overly considerate person at times. I like to keep a minimum presence and spend most days either working, being out for small activities, or spending time at the gym. Ive never had any complications with renting in the past nor complications holding a job so I would consider myself a reliable person. I will probably be needing a place within the next month or two so Im starting my lookout now!
