Looking for studio/Room Share for April 1st

Hi! I’m Truc, and I’m looking for a studio or private room in a shared home in the LA area starting April 1st. My budget is under $1,000 (or up to $1,100 if utilities are included).

A little about me: I’m a multi-hyphenate artist—standup comedian, actor, and MOCAP/PCAP performer—who moved to LA a few years ago to seriously pursue the craft. I’m often out in the evenings performing at comedy shows and working on projects, and during the day I primarily work remotely as a licensed Drama Therapist, although I'm looking to find work that is less emotionally taxing. I’ve also worked across medical, nonprofit, and customer service fields, so I bring a grounded, responsible, and communicative energy to wherever I live.

At home, I’m laid back, tidy, and deeply respectful of shared spaces and boundaries. I’m a direct communicator and value living with folks who are considerate, self-aware, and doing their thing—whatever their dream may be. I haven’t lived a conventional life, and I genuinely appreciate being around other creative, motivated people building something meaningful in LA.

I do have a small (under 23 lbs), senior dog named Pony—long, short, and stout—who is housebroken, super sweet, and loves people. She’s lived peacefully with other dogs and cats before and is a cuddle bug.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place with a decent amount of space or storage (I have materials and equipment related to my work) and accessible parking—street or designated—since I sometimes get home late from shows.
