Christian Military Officer Seeks Temp Housing

My name is Sean, and I'm seeking a temporary housing situation of at least 3-12 months, possibly longer. I am a USCG military officer who has recently separated from his marriage and a man of Christian faith and practice. I'm very clean, quiet, dependable, and helpful, honestly a pretty ideal housemate. I am looking for move-in around the first of April or so. Being employed by the Coast Guard, I have steady income and no debts; I also have no children or pets, I'm a non-smoker, and I'm working in downtown D. C. with orders for at least the next year. I mostly keep to myself, but I'm friendly and sociable and enjoy gettogethers with others from time to time. I'm huge into outdoors, especially hiking, biking, skiing, and surfing, having grown up in California. I like a good microbrew or hard cider occassionally, but otherwise I don't drink. I'm an car/EV enthusiast and have rebuilt/refurbished a few older Teslas--I'm driving one right now actually! I look forward to a new community and reliable home to call my own for a while.
