Room wanted in Hoboken, NJ

Hi! My name is [Your Name]. I’m currently planning a move to the Hoboken/NYC area this spring and am looking for a clean, respectful living situation with roommates who value a peaceful and positive home environment.

I work in the restaurant industry as a server, so my schedule usually includes evenings and weekends. Because of that, I’m often out working during busy nightlife hours and tend to keep things pretty low-key when I’m home. I’m responsible with rent and bills, organized, and I make it a priority to keep shared spaces clean and comfortable for everyone.

Personality-wise, I’m friendly and easygoing. I enjoy getting along with roommates but also respect personal space and quiet time. I’m not a big partier at home, but I’m definitely social and appreciate living with people who are considerate and communicative.

Ideally I’m looking for a place in Hoboken or nearby areas with good access to the PATH so commuting into NYC is easy. I’m open to joining an existing apartment or teaming up with others to find a place together.
