I moved here in November 2024 to be with my fiancée during her mother's illness and ultimately end of life . After her mother passed on Christmas day 2024, we spent 2025 basically rebuilding. Living in a hotel and paying those crazy rates.

We are a quiet couple looking for a place for us and our cat to have somewhere to call home. I am the sole provider for us and I have verifiable income of 3600+ per month with professional references. I work a M-F schedule and am not home during the day and my fiancee has a work from home jewelry business.

Looking forward to speaking to the right person soon. We can be flexible in most situations but we do not drink and have no desire to be in a party oriented home. We just want to kick back and watch Food Network in peace at the end of the day :)
