Looking for a private room to rent in Jersey City, target move-in by the end of March.

- Budget up to $1800 per month;
- No pets currently, open to pet-friendly options;
- Credit score 700+ and steady income;
- Work hybrid in Newark (3 days in office per week);
- Non-smoker.
- Looking for a long term lease (12+ months).

Must-have: very close to PATH (walking distance), focusing on Journal Square, Grove Street, Exchange Place.
Not considering light rail areas or longer commutes.

Would greatly appreciate tours during weekday lunch, evenings after 6pm, or anytime on the weekends.
