Immediate Move-in, 7-12 month stay

Hi! I'm looking for either a furnished or unfurnished room for a 7-12 month stay.

A little about me:
I was born and raised in Brooklyn/Manhattan. I work hybrid in financial compliance, 6x/month in office in the city. I love partnered dancing i. e. salsa, bachata, tango etc. and try to take classes in my free time. I love cooking, walking around the city, exploring upstate and hiking, dancing, museums, comedy/improv shows and sauna (I can take you to some authentic bathouses in ny if you're down!). My focus for this year is to get fit again, cook more, be outside more, dance more, and advance in my career (maybe study for a test). I'm 29 and married so my party days are over. My husband lives in Canada and am looking for a place to stay for a year before I make the move there. I travel there often and these are the trips I have planned so far: 1 week in June, 1 week August, 1 week in October, so you'll have the place to yourself (: I would like him to visit me as well so that's something we can discuss. My sleep schedule is 8am-11pm but trying to move that to 7p-10p. I'm looking to move in asap. Lmk if you're interested in a ft or phone call. Thanks!
